  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on it.
  2. Lay bacon over the wire rack. Brush the top with maple syrup and sprinkle with brown sugar and Vermont Maple. Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your bacon.
  3. After the initial 15 minutes, flip and brush with maple syrup and sprinkle with remaining brown sugar and Vermont Maple. Cook for another 5-15 minutes until it reaches the desired level of crispiness.
