Fried Chicken Wings

When all else fails, chicken wings are a perfect stand-in as a snack, meal, or general crowd-pleaser. These crispy fried chicken wings are prepared with our chef-inspired Fried Chicken blend. Easy, quick, and well worth the clean-up, they are the perfect snack or appetizer for Father's Day. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse wings thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Sprinkle 1 1/2 Tbsp Fried Chicken on wings toss to coat.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine remaining Fried Chicken, flour, baking powder, and cornstarch.
  4. Dredge each wing into the flour, squeezing gently to coat. Shake off excess flour.
  5. Heat peanut oil in dutch oven to 350 degrees. When to temp, fry wings in batches (it usually takes me two) for 8-12 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 165 degrees at the center of the wing.
  6. Place the wings on wire rack to drain and serve.
