Fig & Dukkah Crostini

I think I have made these for just about every dinner party and drop-in visit for the past two years. My mom has even stolen this recipe and uses it for the same purpose. You simply can’t go wrong with savory bread, tart cheese, sweet preserves, and nuts, especially when it is Calicutts Egyptian Dukkah Spice Blend.



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Cut French baguette into 1/4 inch slices and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in oven until golden brown (approximately 10-15 minutes).

  3. Spread goat cheese onto crostini slices followed by fig preserves.

  4. Sprinkle Egyptian Dukkah on top to taste and serve.
