Chipotle & Honey Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients

  • 10 Jalapeños, large
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp Calicutts Chipotle & Honey
  • 1.5 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 0.5 lb Bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 0.25 c Green Onions, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wearing gloves, slice each of the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and veins using a spoon.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cream cheese, Chipotle & Honey, cheddar, bacon, and green onions.
  4. Spoon mixture evenly in the jalapeños and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender. Enjoy!
